I just woke up from I-dont-know-how-long sleep.
maybe fifteen or twenty? minutes, not hours. blah who cares.
stupid headache. but it feels better again after I drink hella lotsa water.
yes yes. drink water, people. it's not that only panadol that could help you.

jom cakap pasal today. though tada pa mao ckp. ngehngeh -O- I btol2 woke up at like 12 PM. If 'terbangun' doesn't count. Nenek kejutkan dah macam 11-12 kali. Hasbie gik.. all the slapping and singing and yelling and story-telling and stupid-faces-making and dancing and jumping. I feel like killing him. Maybe I should. I'll think about it. heh. wtf am I writing about. then do the rolling-on-bed as usual for like nearly one hour. till mom get mad at me. then bok la mandik. should I write what I did in the bathroom? no need er. ngaa. then watched tv. what was the title of the movie oh. Partition I think. yea, Partition. It's a good story eyy. and sad as well. gkpun, Kristin Kreuk was in it. :) enough with the story. then had lunch and start onlining right after. cuzzies came. had some stupid fight *again* with Hasbie. omg he's so weird. and here are some of the reasons why we must eat FRUITS FRUITS FRUITS.
at least 5 pieces a day. :D

fruit is 100% bad-cholestrol free. too much cholestrol is not good for your body and fruit doesn't contain much cholesterol. fruit makes you feel better. try eating fruits when you're feeling depressed. eating a lot of fruit can have a mysterious healing effect on human beings. (well, any food can heal my misery -.-) ethical reasons to eat fruit. you dont have to kill fruits. you dont have to slaughtered fruits. the fruits are just hanging there to be picked by you. or at least, buy them. haha. fruit is not expensive at all. maybe some are. but mostly they are not. fruit stimulates our memories. Fruit has a positive effect on our brains and makes you recall information easier and faster. I guess so. Thats what I read. FRUIT IS THE ULTIMATE BRAIN FUEL :D the miraculous healing affects of fruits. there are some spectacular stories about people that cured from cancer by a strict diet of raw fruits or/and vegetables are well known. but do we want to believe them? we still dont know that much about fruit and it's contents. :P fruit is the most natural food. fruit is food that has been made by plants to be eaten by animals and humans in order to spread its seeds.
